Demonstration CapTel Phone
Following our March meeting Access Comm has installed a Demonstration CapTel telephone at the RDCOTA Office.
This is one of only three demonstration phones in Brisbane, and the only one in the Redland's area.
Captel (Captioned Telephones) use the National Relay Service to print what is said by the person you are talking to, onto a screen on your telephone. This is a great help for those with hearing difficulties as it allows you to read as well as listen, to what the speaker on the other end of the phone is saying.
